At Simbix LLP, in collaboration with CohnReznick UK, we bring together decades of technology expertise with a simple goal: helping people solve IT problems quickly, honestly, and effectively.
Our roots go back to 1994, when we began providing IT support under earlier brands including PC Callout, PC Trouble, Ehelp4u, and Computerhope. From the very beginning, we believed that access to good IT advice shouldn’t always come at a cost. For many years, we successfully combined free guidance with professional paid services supporting home users, professionals, and small businesses alike.
Today, we are returning to that original ethos.
Through our new Free IT Assist service, we offer best-endeavours, pro bono support delivered by experienced volunteers. You can request help via online chat, and in some cases (depends on availability) a call (typically up to 30 minutes).
Our team will aim to resolve your issue directly or guide you towards the most appropriate next steps.
While our free service does not operate under fixed SLAs, we typically respond within a few hours and always strive to be helpful, practical, and transparent.
For those requiring more in-depth or guaranteed support, we continue to offer a full range of paid IT services, along with access to trusted local engineers and specialist online assistance.
